"Why Do Most Network Marketers Fail?"

Network marketing is Simple, but doing the old way (i.e.
cold calling people) is NOT easy.

Don't kid yourself!

Let me explain my view of why network marketing is notorious
for having a 95% or higher failure rate..

Have you ever heard of Occam's razor?

It states that the simplest explanation for a phenomenon is
usually the best. We'll use this theory to explain why more
than 95% or more network marketers fail.

Ready?

Most network marketers fail because the marketing methods
that they are taught don't work 95% or more of the time.

So we're led to ask the next logical question, what are most
fledgling network marketers taught?

Well, I can only speak from my experience, but what I was
taught was to buy and cold call leads.

Now, I'm not going to say this doesn't work, but I will say
is that after six months of cold calling leads for 3 hours a
day with very little success this tactic doesn't work for
me.

Honestly, unless you're natural born confident sales leader
going into your network marketing career you'll probably
have these same results.

Don't get me wrong some people are very good at cold calling
leads, but most people aren't.

What happens to most people after they've spend thousands of
dollars on leads with very little success after months of
effort?

They run out of money. They get burned out and then . . .

They give up.

Another important factor contributing to why most network
marketers fail is the type of leads they buy.

Why does the type of leads network marketers use make a
difference?

Well . . .

Business opportunity leads, the leads most new network
marketers are told to use, are generic. These leads answer
an ad that just asks them if they want to be financially
free or make money from home or something like that.

Well . . . of course they do!

But that doesn't mean they want anything to do with YOUR
network marketing program.

When the average network marketer calls these generic
business opportunity leads the leads don't know anything
about the network marketer's business and for the most part
honestly don't care.

This leads to the fledgling network marketer hearing a lot
of "NOs".

Hearing NO all the time leads to quite a bit of self doubt,
both about the network marketer's own ability and the
validity of their association with their network marketing
company.

Negative feelings begin to harbor and as I said before
eventually the network marketer gives up, usually within 3-6
months.

The fledgling network marketer's perception of their
business goes from one of opportunity to one of complete
doubt and negativity.

Reality follows perception, so because the fledgling network
marketer believes both themselves and their business as
having little hope this becomes TRUE.

That's basically why 95% of network marketers fail if you
asked me.

On the surface, network marketing companies appear to be
thriving communities of consuming customers all happy with
the product that they are consuming and they really are, but

(usually get somewhere between details about your companies
product or service and the compensation plan).

business.

Here's why:

Successful Network Marketing has NOTHING to do with selling
your prospect on your product at ALL!

To the contrary, the only thing that you should EVER talk to
your prospect about is the same thing that got you sold on
your companies business . . . More Money and Financial
Freedom!

You see network marketing is built on financial hopes and
dreams and honestly, if you're looking for business builders
to recruit into your organization your prospects hopes and
dreams of financial success are the only thing that you
should speak to them about, so they can sell themselves on

As an illustration of this principle think about the

do you think your prospect would choose?

The top money earners know the answer to that question and

Do you think your network marketing company's product is its

So if you think about it, your company's real product is
it's sales training and marketing system. The better your
company's marketing system is able to help you generate
sales the better any more quickly you will be able to reap
the financial benefits of your business.

To extend this point further, eventually you'll want your
downline to do all the work so you don't have to.

The simpler and more effective the marketing system plus the
strong the training your company provides the easier your
system will duplicate.

If you want to think about it in its most simple form, your
company's real product is its duplicability.

If you find a system that is easy to duplicate and you can
have your prospect "sell themselves" on their financial
dreams you will have a highly successful network marketing
business.

and then shorten their learning curve so that they can go
out and do the same.

How To Catch The Best MLM Company

So instead of pitching you on my mlm opportunity, like 99.99% of everyone else online would do, I am actually going to give you some very valuable information, then I will tell you about my primary program.  This information,  if used correctly, can land you in the best MLM company and give you a REAL chance at creating a very attractive passive income in this industry.  Before we continue, I want you to remove any preconceived notions you have had about the MLM industry and keep your mind completely open.  There are plenty of people who are 5,6 and 7 figure monthly incomes, but only because they are with the RIGHT COMPANY.  Just read this information and then at the end, you can make a decision.
So why in the world should you listen to me?  What gives me any right to speak about the MLM industry?  In case you were wondering, those are both great questions.  The reason why I am able to speak about mlm companies and the industry as a whole is because I earn a full time income from my MLM company and have been in the industry long enough to know what works and what doesn’t work.  3 years, 50+ leads per day and 5 figures per month doesn’t lie!
Before you join any MLM company there are some areas you must evaluate thoroughly.  These specific areas include:
1.  Product Demand? -  Is there a demand for the product?  When it all comes down to it, the product is either going to make or break any MLM company.  If the product is in high demand you may want to consider this company.  If the product is not in demand, run very far away!  Another consideration is your target market.  Even with an in demand product, you will want to determine if you can narrow down a market who really needs the product.  For example, a liquid nutritional product that helps with weight loss would sell like crazy if you targeted specifically weight loss enthusiasts, not just anyone you came in contact with.
2.  Payout? – Not all compensation plans are created equal.  The average payout in the MLM industry is 50%.  The specific company you are looking at may be more or less, but just make sure it is above 50%.
3.  Retention Rate? – This is very import, especially when you start to build momentum and grow your team.  A retention rate is the percentage of your downline that remain with the company, either a customer or distributor on your team.  The average retention rate is around 15%.  This is why many people struggle in MLM.  As many distributors as they can put in at the top, there is also a steady flow of people falling out at the bottom.  This is also know as the “leaking bucket effect.” In order to safeguard yourself from retention nightmares, you will want to find a company that has at least a 60% retention rate.
4.  Can You Support The Product? – One question I ask many of my coaching client is “would you sell this product to your mother?”  It’s as simple as that.  If you would not sell the company’s product to your own mother than you need to look for another MLM company.  If that doesn’t do it for you, then put it like this.  How in the world can you expect other people to purchase the product and join the business opportunity if YOU don’t even support the product?

Ambit Energy Tops Inc. 500 list

Dallas retail electricity company Ambit Energy has ranked first in this year’s Inc. 500 list of fastest growing private companies.
Ambit produced $325 million revenue in 2009, up from $1.6 million in 2006, giving it a three-year growth rate of more than 20,000 percent.
Ambit CEO and co-founder Jere Thompson Jr. said the company expected to place well in this year’s rankings.
“We had a very low denominator and staggering growth — we knew we’d be up there,” he said.
When he learned Ambit ranked first overall, he said, “We high-fived each other and tried to go back to work.”
Thompson said the company’s strong growth during a recession was due to to its up-front investment in building a system that could grow quickly.
“Early on we recognized that we are a data processing company,” Thompson said. “We spent a year developing our systems. We wanted to be certain our back-office systems were working great.”
Thompson, Ambit co-founder Chris Chambless and other Ambit executives built telecommunications businesses in the early days of that industry’s deregulation, so they all had experience in managing “hypergrowth,” Thompson said.
Ambit has 305 employees in downtown Dallas and a Plano call center. It uses a direct sales model similar to Mary Kay cosmetics and has 75,000 independent sales associates.
The 29th annual Inc. 500 is in the September edition of Inc. magazine, which hit newsstands and the Internet on Tuesday.

5 Ways To Lower Your Gas Bill

1. Limit the use of a gas stove or gas oven. Use your microwave when heating or cooking food.
